Choose JPEG, PNG, or WebP, exact pixels if required, and an optional minimum or maximum size.
Image upload requirement fixer
Make your image meet the exact upload requirements.
Set the format, pixel dimensions, and file-size limits from your form. Upload Ready checks the original, fixes what it can without stretching, and validates the actual result before you download it.

How it works
Requirements first, image second.
We analyze the original locally and show which requirements already pass or fail.
The browser resizes, crops or fits, re-encodes, then checks the actual output bytes before showing “Ready to upload.”
Common uses
Built for ordinary upload forms.
Prepare profile photos, signatures, and other images for job applications, college or exam forms, government forms, employee portals, and websites that specify exact pixel or file-size limits. Upload Ready is not affiliated with those services and cannot guarantee third-party acceptance; it validates only the requirements you enter.
Pixels & file size
Resizing and compression solve different problems.
Pixel dimensions control width and height, such as 200 × 230 px. File size controls stored bytes, such as 20–50 KB. Upload Ready treats them separately. For this tool, 1 KB = 1024 bytes and 1 MB = 1024 KB; some portals may count units differently.
Crop or fit
No stretching.
Crop to fill preserves shape and trims overflow to hit exact dimensions. Fit entire image keeps everything visible and adds white padding when the aspect ratios differ.
Formats
JPEG, PNG, or WebP.
JPEG is widely accepted and usually best for small photo files, but it cannot keep transparency. PNG preserves transparency but may not reach very small maximum sizes. WebP often balances quality and size when the destination accepts it.
Privacy
Your image stays in this browser.
Normal inspection, transformation, and validation run client-side. There is no image upload API, account, analytics, tracking, ad code, history, or cloud image processor. Generated output is re-encoded locally; metadata such as EXIF is not intentionally copied into it.
Limitations
Some requirement combinations are impossible.
PNG cannot be made arbitrarily small with a canvas quality setting, and Upload Ready will not append junk bytes or fake metadata to satisfy a minimum size. If a legitimate output cannot pass every active requirement, the result is shown as unsuccessful rather than silently changing your rules. Inputs are limited to JPG/JPEG, PNG, and WebP, with a 20 MB and 24-million-pixel processing safety boundary.
FAQ
A few useful answers.
Does Upload Ready upload my image?
No. The normal processing path uses browser image and canvas APIs locally.
Why can’t my PNG reach the requested maximum size?
Browser PNG encoding does not expose a meaningful lossy quality control. Upload Ready can resize or crop when authorized, re-encode, and validate, but it will not silently convert the file.
What if the original already meets everything?
We say so. You can still create a normalized local output, but the tool does not claim a change was necessary.
Can it prepare passport or biometric photos?
It can follow pixel, format, and file-size requirements you enter, but it does not judge biometric composition, face position, background rules, or official acceptance.
